Omega didn’t begin with investors, a storefront, or a grand launch plan.
It began with two people — Trey and Shelby — roasting coffee in a spare bedroom, chasing the perfect cup with more discipline than resources.
We spent weekends at farmers markets, hand-delivering bags to local customers, and talking to anyone who would listen. Every bean we roasted, every interaction we had — it was all part of building something bigger than ourselves.

Just built on purpose, faith, and the belief that coffee could be more than routine.

The next step from that spare room was opening Omega Coffee Bar — a physical space to serve our community and show the world what intentional coffee really looks like.
We hired an incredible team.
We started sourcing wild, rare, and beautiful coffees.
We began shipping to coffee lovers all across the U.S.
But we never lost the spirit of how this started: Earned. Hand-crafted. Always evolving.
